level centrally situated in a quiet area of Olhos De Agua, these apartments
are ideal for families and are within easy walking distance of Naturmar
Praia swimming pool , the beach and many of the marvellous bars ( Shakers
!) and restuarants in this exclusive village

- Our well equipped apartments at Dulcinia have been enhanced by Maria´s
personal choice of furnishings and fittings these apartments come with
daily maid servicedaily maid service Monday to Friday , two towel changes per week and one bed linen change per week. Extra blankets are provided in the unlikely event that you are feeling chilly
- Security boxes are available at extra charge , please ask when booking.
- 7 - 2 Bedroom (T2) apartments and 2 Studios apartments are available for
use all year round.
- T2 apartments have two balconies while Studio apartments have one balcony
- Furnishings and fitting have been personally selected by Maria and the
kitchen has all the cooking utensils and crockery you could wish for to
enjoy a relaxing holiday.
- Two bedroom apartments have a master bedroom with double bed , a second
bedroom with 2 single beds and a 3 seater sofa ( with fold down double
bed ) allowing spacious accomodation for 6 people. The main bathroom is
situated on the second level between the bedrooms and is equipped with
bath/shower , bidet ,sink and WC.
- One of the two studio apartments has a separate kitchen , both are of a
very generous size including Lounge and bathroom and include a balcony.
- Each apartment is equipped with television,kettle,coffee machine, fridge
freezer and blender,toaster .
- Dining table and chairs to seat 6 (2 Brm) or 4 (1 Brm).
- Balcony with Table and Chairs allowing sea view , a superb vantage point
to watch the world going by.
- Use of Swimming Pool at Naturmar Praia is included.

Our location
Centrally situated beside the cake shop in Olhos D'agua the apartments
are close to the Naturmar Praia swimming pool.
This pool is available daily for residents use.. |

A Welcome pack of Water, Bread, Milk, Butter is available for late arrivals after 7pm.
Cost is 5 Euros.
